The rental rates for lots 133 or 134 are:

• $40 per Night (2 night Minimum)
• $70 per Night (2 night Minimum) including Cabin
  
• $200 per Week
• $350 per Week including Cabin
  
• $550 per Month (up to $100 Electric)
• $800 per Month (up to $100 Electric) including Cabin
  
• Season (April 1 - October 31) $475 per Month (up to $100 electric)
• Season (April 1 - October 31) $700 per Month (up to $100 electric) including Cabin.
• Season Rate prorated = 7th month free.
